1-2-1 Face-to-Face Support

The content of our packages is totally flexible around individual needs and can include advice on job hunting, self employment, or retirement planning. We can also deliver tailored packages around specific areas. Below are some of the standard packages we offer:

Our Pathfinder packages provide an extended period of outplacement support. The package includes two, three or four face to face sessions and six months unlimited telephone / remote support. The packages are ideal for individuals who need more ongoing help and guidance as they re-enter the job market or look to go self-employed. For job hunters we will help optimise / write a CV, cover in-depth job hunting, interview technique, possibly look at transferable skills assessments, even help to prepare for presentations (as part of the selection process) along with assessment centre preparation learn more

£3,995 + VAT for our Pathfinder Plus - based upon the Pathfinder, the package provides six 1-2-1 face to face meetings and nine months remote support. The content of this package is again totally flexible learn more

£6,995 + VAT for our Premium Pathfinder - in addition to the outplacement support detailed within our Pathfinder Plus, this package includes the option of either: having a greater number of face to face sessions and 12 months remote support OR the option of having a head-hunter actively market an individual to up to 100 companies from a predetermined and agreed list.
