Job Search Workshop £765 + VAT - Delivered Face-to-Face
Job Search Workshop £655 + VAT - Delivered Online
Accommodating up to 12 people, we have a highly effective full day workshop that covers:
- CV guidance - structuring and optimising a CV - how to make a CV stand out (biographical and skills based CVs)
- completing application forms effectively
- modern day and traditional job searching - CV databases, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, networking, speculative approaches
- interview preparation - including practical exercises and covering interview types: competency (behavioural) based interviews, value based interviews, CV interviews, common interview questions, background research, all areas of interviewing
In addition to ensure everyone ends up with a 'fit for purpose' CV, attendees are asked to forward amended CVs to the Consultant running the session for feedback and review.
When delivering to larger groups there is the option to deliver our full day workshop over 2 days:

Support guides / On-line support internet site
Provided to support the workshops are two very comprehensive written guides:
The only job hunting guide you will ever need...!The only interview guide you will ever need...!
The interview guide includes 270 interview questions with advice on preparing for them. In addition our on-line resource site has further support and guidance including videos on using the STAR technique and body language.
Workshop, 1-2-1 support and 6 months remote support
Where an organisation is looking to provide ongoing support for a group of individuals, we have a highly effective combination package. Covering off common areas such as job hunting and interview preparation in the workshop, we then provide 2 hours of bespoke 1-2-1 support where we can help update or create a CV, update a LinkedIn profile, advise on career choices, advise on self-employment etc. The Consultant delivering the sessions will then provide 6 months of remote support more details

Job Search Full Day Workshop with a 1-2-1 session
Workshop for 8 plus 8 x 1 hour sessions - £1,300 + VAT
(Delivered online £1,220 + VAT)
Workshop for 16 plus 16 x 1 hour sessions - £1,800 + VAT
(Delivered online £1,725 + VAT)
For organisations looking to enhance a workshop by providing some 1-2-1 support, there is the option of adding 1-2-1 support a few days later. In the past we have provided one hour per person - 8 sessions per day. One hour we have found provides sufficient support for most people as with it being open format, we can answer delegates specific personal questions. More time can be provided as requested.
The workshop covers:
- CV guidance - structuring and optimising a CV - how to make a CV stand out (biographical and skills based CVs)
- completing application forms effectively
- modern day and traditional job searching - CV databases, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, networking, speculative approaches
- interview preparation - including practical exercises and covering interview types: competency (behavioural) based interviews, value based interviews, CV interviews, common interview questions, background research, all areas of interviewing
1-2-1 individual sessions are usually used to help optimise a CV or even create one from scratch, but are totally open format. Where a CV is not completely finished, we also provide post workshop unlimited CV support delivered by the consultant to ensure attendees CV's end up 'fit for purpose'.

Telephone Support
To further enhance our support to employees attending a job seeker workshop we can for an additional cost provide telephone support over 3 months at a cost of £200 + VAT per person, provided by the course leader.
Note The above costings also assume all 8 of the 1-2-1 face-to-face sessions are held on the same day / all 16 of the 1-2-1 face-to-face sessions are held over two days. When delivering online the 1-2-1 sessions, these can be delivered separately / at different times.
