Outplacement Support - Programmes/Charges

HtR’s Outplacement Support is charged based on Consultant time rather than content. Outplacement Support content can be tailored upon an individuals’ needs, but we a number of established packages which have proven to be highly effective.

By operating as a ‘virtual business’ HtR has fewer overheads and therefore our rates are very competitive. Our Outplacement Consultants are also based across the UK. Outplacement Support Packages include:

Group Outplacement Support Programmes - can be provided via Group Seminars. The seminars cover areas such as ‘CV Writing’, ‘Interview Technique’, ‘Where to Look for a New Job’ and ‘Handling Assessment Centres’. We would normally recommend individual sessions are provided as part of the outplacement support program. By offering additional ‘open format’ 1-2-1 sessions, we can review a persons CV, cover areas such as transferable skills, retirement planning, and retraining. For more details

£1,595 + VAT for our Path Finder Service - for companies / individuals who are looking for an extended period of Outplacement Support. The package includes several face to face sessions OR a mixture of both face to face and telephone support. It is ideal support for individuals who need more ongoing help and guidance as they re-enter the job market, providing a ‘comfort blanket’ to those lacking some confidence. Areas covered include in depth interview techniques and questions, along with Assessment Centres (if required). For more details

£3,995 + VAT for our Extended Path Finder Service - based upon the ‘Path Finder Service’ outplacement support, the programme, our extended outplacement support package provides a greater level of 1-2-1 outplacement support, with the number of 1-2-1 outplacement support sessions being greatly enhanced. The additional time allows more in-depth outplacement support that may cover further in-depth practical help in areas of ‘self marketing’, identifying ‘search consultancies’, ‘interim positions’ and identifying potential employers for ‘speculative approaches’. In addition it includes our outplacement Consultant working with the individual on how to handle an Assessment Centre, working through actual exercises with the individual that are used in Senior Level recruitment. The content of this package is again totally flexible, and provides telephone support over a period of nine months, in addition to the face to face sessions. For more details

£110 + VAT for two hours of Virtual Support - utilising Virtual Meeting Rooms, our Consultants are able to provide very precise outplacement support using desktop sharing technology. This support allows access to very experienced Consultants but at a fraction of the cost of normal redundancy / outplacement services.

£5,995 + VAT for our Active Marketing Service - in addition to being provided with the outplacement support detailed within our ‘Executive Path Finder Service’, our Outplacement Consultant will proactively contact potential employers on behalf of the Outplacement Candidate. This service is highly effective for Senior Managers and those who have ‘specific’ skill sets

£385 + VAT for our Half Day Coaching Session - a 1-2-1 half day session of outplacement support aimed at either an individual who needs some basic and quite straight forward advice, pointing in the right direction, OR an individual who requires help or guidance in quite specific area

Career Guidance - For those in employment we also offer support in helping an individual to develop their career
