Andrew Underwood Director and Founder is ex Manpower, Corporate Services Group and The Icarus Partnership (pioneers of the Screen to Screen process). In recent years he has run national recruitment campaigns for Virgin Money, dot mobile (Student only mobile network), and the Cooperative Bank (Cooperative Financial Services).
