Andrew Underwood Director and Founder is ex Manpower, Corporate Services Group and The Icarus Partnership (pioneers of the Screen to Screen process). In recent years he has run national recruitment campaigns for Virgin Money, dot mobile (Student only mobile network), and the Cooperative Bank (Cooperative Financial Services). Clients have also included the National Probation Service for England and Wales, CitiGroup, Arvato (BMG/Sony), and MotivAction (Leading UK Events and Communications Company). Andrew has also been a speaker at various HR Conferences in London including the TMP/Monster ‘Online Recruitment Conference’ at the Savoy where his speech covered ‘Advanced Recruitment Techniques’.
