Internet Outplacement Support - ‘Virtual Outplacement’

Most organisations provide telephone support as part of their Outplacement packages. This is limiting in the level of true help and support provided. HtR have now introduced Outplacement Support utilising ‘Skype Screen Sharing’ to our Outplacement Support which provide an incredible level of remote help. By utilising web based technology we can:

Work of documents together in ‘real time’
Help fill in on-line applications - viewing exactly what the individual is seeing and guiding as required
Surf the Internet and provide practical demonstrations
Deliver ongoing training and support as required

Potentially we could be hundreds of miles away but by utilising ‘screen sharing facilities’ it is almost as if we were sat beside the person being guided and helped. The technology allows a person to talk to and see our Consultant, work with them on documents, and interact together. All the individual requires is Broadband Internet Access.

In addition to providing Virtual Outplacement within our existing packages, it can be purchased as a stand alone item starting from just £150 + VAT for half a day of Virtual Outplacement Support.

Group Support - Where redundant staff are remote and geographically spread out, Virtual Support provides the individuals with the training and support provided in group workshops, but without the individuals needing to travel and at a fraction of the cost. Through a series of ‘live’ on-line Webinars we can cover the main areas of ‘Job Hunting’, ‘Interview Guidance’ and ‘Writing a Good CV’. This help can also be delivered to them in the work place or in their own homes.
