Group Support Programmes / Seminars
Where larger numbers of staff are being released, Group Support may be a better alternative. It is also a far more cost effective with our charges being based upon ‘Consultancy Time’ rather than per person.
HtR Outplacement delivers the main areas of support via two ‘Group Seminars’ (details below). In addition we recommend an individual ‘open format’ 1-2-1 session is provided to each person, during which we may review their CV, help identify transferable skills, advise on retirement planning, or cover self employment.
