HtR Executive Outplacement Service offers a number of Executive Outplacement Support packages aimed specifically at providing more senior staff with Executive Outplacement that is relevant, highly effective, and supportive. Programmes which we offer that have been proven to be highly effective in providing senior staff with Executive Outplacement include:

£1,595 + VAT for our Path Finder Service - for companies / individuals who are looking for an extended period of Outplacement Support. The package includes several face to face sessions OR a mixture of both face to face and telephone support. It is ideal support for individuals who need more ongoing help and guidance as they re-enter the job market, providing a ‘comfort blanket’ to those lacking some confidence. Areas covered include in depth interview techniques and questions, along with Assessment Centres (if required). For more details

£3,995 + VAT for our Extended Path Finder Service - based upon the ‘Path Finder Service’ the level of support and the time frame the support is delivered over is greatly enhanced. The additional guidance includes in-depth practical help in areas of ‘self marketing’, identifying ‘search consultancies’, ‘interim positions’ and identifying potential employers for ‘speculative approaches’. In addition it includes our outplacement Consultant working with the individual on how to handle an Assessment Centre, working through actual exercises with the individual that are used in Senior Level recruitment. The content of this package is again totally flexible, and provides telephone support over a period of nine months, in addition to the face to face sessions. For more details

£5,995 + VAT for our Active Marketing Service - in addition to being provided with the support detailed within our ‘Extended Path Finder Service’, our Outplacement Consultant will proactively contact potential employers on behalf of the Outplacement Candidate. This service is highly effective for Senior Managers and those who have ‘specific’ skill sets. For more details

£490 + VAT for our Full Day Coaching Session - a 1-2-1 session aimed at either providing an individual with advice on what they should be doing, pointing in the right direction - a ‘health check’; OR an individual who requires help or guidance in quite specific areas.
